Canceling an appointment
If you wish to cancel an appointment you have the following options:
- Through the website (if you have made your appointment in this way)
- Send an email to moc.liamg@ocenyggoobennerrd stating "cancellation", your full name and the date and hour of the appointment you wish to cancel.
- Call 02 469 00 85
Appointments can be cancelled
- up to 24 hours in advance for a normal consultation
- up to 72 hours in advance for a consultation sexotherapy
Later cancelations make it impossible to offer the vacant spot to another patient, which means that it is lost.
A compensation of €30 for a normal consultation and €50 for a consultation sexotherapy will be requested for appointments that are not kept or that were cancelled too late (deontological code art. 77, your health insurance fund will not reimburse this).
